Aggiungerei:
Posizionamento sui motori di ricerca (SEO) e magari anche una
valutazione sul marketing ( se possibile, io non ne ho idea ).

( lo dico solo perchè mi sembra un argomento che molti seguono e che
comunque è una parte importante del "mercato web"... infatti nel
concorso HostingTalk era stato usato ).

Cerco di chiarire: personalmente non ho mai attuato particolari tecniche
per posizionare i siti... magari voi lo ritenete importante.
